after rain showers and we dress appropriately for all the seasonal
weather temperatures. The Wednesday winter rollups regularly attract
some 30 players, so do come along and join us when ever you have the
time. Start bowling at any time of the year on your own, or with a
friend. We have revised the annual subscription structure and rates to better reflect the diverse membership needs of our bowlers, some use the club year round and others mainly play in the winter. stones throw from Guildford, set behind the Village Hall in Kings Road,
we have plentiful off road open car parking right next to the green. We
formed in 1999, when an all weather artificial green was installed. Having
the only artificial surface (Henselite Sportsgrass Mat) in the
surrounding area, makes it possible to play bowls outside all the year. Our competition matches, summer
and winter friendly rollups, attract keen bowlers from the local area of
towns and villages, plus some bowlers from villages as far as 15 miles
away. Our membership fees are economical and make it a cost effective
proposition to join simply for the Winter Bowling season, which is 7
months of the year.
